What is it?
Conserva dulce y espesa de fruta cocida en azúcar. Su composición y preparación es similar a la de la confitura. Se caracteriza por su textura untable y porque durante su preparación se concentran los sólidos (se evapora el agua de las frutas).

How is it made?
