Chef Tonatiuh Cuevas shares his passion for cooking in this new project “Cosecha Farm to Table,” curating a culinary proposal focused on the ingredient and its origin. Captivated by the richness of the region, Tonatiuh seeks to create a unique space where tradition and trend converge. A space that embraces nature and highlights the importance of sustainability and the benefits of good nutrition.
He discovered his talent at an early age. Encouraged by his mother to attend culinary school, Tonatiuh developed his expertise and personal style while working with prestigious names in restaurants and major hospitality brands in both the United States and Mexico. Throughout his professional career, Tonatiuh found inspiration in embracing his Mexican culinary roots, blending traditional and global flavors that now define the offering of “Cosecha Farm to Table.”
Chef Tonatiuh continuously highlights the local and seasonal generosity of the Nayarit region, offering his guests a homelike gastronomic experience with simple, pure cuisine. With an emphasis on quality ingredients, Tonatiuh’s distinctive personal and laid-back style comes through in bright, creative dishes crafted with care for their source, aiming to create a positive impact on local producers. Fresh vegetables from the garden will be part of the everyday experience at Cosecha FTT. The chef himself describes his culinary philosophy as “an experience that enriches and nourishes in every sense.”
